Cancellation Policy

1. Coaching Sessions We require at least 24 hours' notice if you need to reschedule or cancel a booked coaching session. Sessions canceled with less than 24 hours' notice will be forfeited without a refund. 2. Month-to-Month Retainers (The Content Engine) Our done-for-you services operate on a month-to-month basis. You may cancel your retainer at any time by notifying us in writing at least 7 days before your next billing cycle. 3. Asset Ownership Upon Cancellation If you cancel your retainer, any systems or assets we have fully built and delivered to you remain 100% yours.
