By purchasing a service, you agree to these terms. 2. Pricing and Payments All prices are listed in USD. Payment is required upfront to secure your coaching sessions or marketing retainers. We process payments securely via Stripe. 3. Client Expectations Our services require your active participation (e.g., attending weekly sessions). While we provide expert guidance and implementation, specific business results depend on various factors and cannot be guaranteed. 4. Intellectual Property The systems, funnels, and assets we build for you during our engagement remain your property. However, our proprietary methodologies and frameworks remain the intellectual property of Tiwana Lynette.
